DIxie is rising

Been back in the Buckeye state 14 years and I absolutely loathe this area and this town.  The people here are bloodless, soulless and no passion for anything. I really cannot stand much more of the attitude of this pathetic environment or area....Hopefully Aetna makes my decision for me this year!!

Gay ? Who the fuck cares?

Why do people feel the absolute need to screech to the world that they are gay? Nobody cares and frankly it's getting OLD, TIRED, PATHETIC and sad that "this" is considered a "cause."  Seriously?  Young people, put your phone down, get off your pathetic FAT asses and do something for humanity as a whole...because Homosexuality and coming out means NOTHING in the long run...!

Family can be TOXIC.  Sometimes best to stay apart for mental sanity.  Also, DO NOT compare yourself to others. Don't be envious of them either.  You are the only one to walk in your own shoes.  Nobody elses' life is worth mulling over...

Who am I?

SO I am finally getting some answers in my attempts to find out what happened to my maternal grandfather.  I am German, born in Germany. My mother is German and her side of the family lives in Germany. She never met her "real" father. Her parents were divorced in 1946 and my mother was never allowed to ask any questions about her real dad, named Paul Vogt. MY father had some relevant paperwork in his files, which was needed prior to him, a US service member, and my mother, a German native, be authorized to marry.  On this piece of information was a bit of information about my grandfather. Date and place of birth:  (important info). That info is 10 December 1913, in Graben/Silesia. 
A few months back I entered this information into a German database online and several weeks ago I received a letter which gave me the information that my maternal grandfather had died 17 February 1979, in Bad Munder, Germany.
I have since written the town email for that small town to ask if he had any relatives living there.  No word back. I will continue on with my quest to find out about HIM and if my mother has any other living relatives....

No Facebook

I have deactivated Facebook!  It was sucking my time and making my mind turn into jelly with all the nonsense on that site.  If I could just learn to pace myself and spend just a few minutes on there vs. hours. That is why the deactivation..at least for 6 months!~
